BOB B5We needed some help, so we went inside the Fenton branch and were promptly greeted by Asra, we told her what we needed and it was something that could only be taken care of at the main office, instead of giving us the phone number and sending us on our way, she contacted the proper person for us and we completed the transaction right then and there. Thank you

Panto1Charge me $75 for a garnishment that didn't go through and their excuse was that's for processing the garnishment but if the garnishment didn't go through why would you charge me a fee if there was no garnishment still debating on taking this to court "fraud" also just now charge me 4x $37 over draft fee when my account is still in the positive after all their fees. Very fraudulent bank!

Paul Ryder1They are mediocre to rude when doing simple transactions. Customer service is poor and the Arnold branch is no better, even when dealing with the branch manager. Make sure you keep your receipt and double check their work as they make too many mistakes, it is for this reason that I am compelled to leave this review and close out my account with this bank. Some people will say "we all make mistakes." But that is not so for all professions. People expect 100% accuracy when stepping on a plane, going to a hospital or eating out at a restaurant. "99% of the time we get it right" would be unacceptable.

David Zufall5I’m a non customer but have I have been going there for years at the beginning of the month. I am 100% Disabled so at the beginning of the month go i do a cash advance, and draw all my money off my card and work on cash basis. I have not had one problem with anyone at Commerce, in-fact they been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you. -Dave

Carol Gross1Commerce bank in Fenton has become the rudest and greedist establishment over the last few years.I have banked with them for over 20 years and was told the other day in the drive thru they have no deposit slips I should do it online? Where and why do you have this kind of person working at a window in your bank talking to your customers? If I wanted to do it online I would of but personally it's none of his business how I do my banking. And I will walk in there this Saturday and have a talk with whatever rude Commerce Bank Management I can find to speak to and f get some deposit slips and also find out why when the bank drive thru opens at 8:30 and you and 2 other cars are sitting waiting for 10 minutes for them to send you back the carrier? When I inquired if the computers where down due to our long wait I was told they were waiting for money to put on there drawers? So the other greedy move on Commerce Bank they hook you up with a Commerce bank Visa credit card/ debit card that when you go to pay automatically defaults to credit and then they charge you $10 a month if you dont do debit??? THIS IS YOU STUPID CARD in order to use it as debit (I was shown this by a customer in line behind me with the same stupid Commerce Bank card) you have to insert the card backwards 3 times to make it think the chip is malfunctioning before it will let you do debit and swipe the card. All while I hold up the line I spend this time explaining to the people waiting for me to finish my transaction what a horrible place Commerce bank has become and why I have to make my transaction this way with there STUPID CARD! I'm sure with all the bad reviews already they could care less $$$$$$$ they just want your money. I also have accounts at US Bank and the are the greatest! Time to kiss corporate greed Commerce Bank to the curb. RUDE AND USLESS GREEDY IDIOTS.

Josh Dobin1This branch treats their patrons like second class citizens. I was asked for a valid driver's license to get a money order regardless of the fact that their teller was holding my debit card with my name embossed on it and I had a state motorcycle permit for photo i.d. I then asked to withdraw my balance; I was first underhandedly slid the figure scribbled on a post-it note. When I eventually did get my withdraw I was asked to sign for it, so I asked why it was I was able to sign my signature without further verification but I couldn't get a money order and I was subsequently kicked out. For the record I was able to get my money order at a gas station without incident. Needless to say this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth about banking with commerce as a whole.

Austin Ganzinotti1Their atm has ate my money three times!!!!!! And they are giving me the runaround about fixing. Dishonest, rude people. Hung up on by dispute center. I’ll be closing my account. I honestly can’t believe they have such bad customer service

Spencer Mckay1When I entered they asked me what I was there for, and I told them to start an account. After sitting there for 10 minutes they tell me they won't start an account being so close to closing for the day and that I can set up an appointment next week. I literally was just trying to cash a check so I can eat today. Awful employees
