      I went through the process of getting an Auto Loan at the Tillman Rd location and had a most excellent experience. Not only was my loan officer, Nicholas, knowledgeable and friendly but he went the extra mile by calling over to the dealership to ensure our finance numbers were on point.       Would not accept international wire transfers from my daughter. Not especially good rates for a credit union. I get similar rates at my bank. And more services. No credit cards.

      Drive thru Teller's aren't very friendly they don't even say hello, was very surprised to see such low ratings for other Midwest branches in Fort Wayne also, you guys customer service is terrible.
