  One of the worst financial companies around , very unprofessional, and they believe that they're above the law, and they also say that they own the judges in that state of Missouri, which is a.lie . Never do business with them period. Plus they also have a habit of threatening customers, plus the sad part about this I don't have a loan with them !

  Ms Fox is so rude I was late on a payment due to being sick. I called them to let them no I would make my payment when I got paid again. All I got was complete attitude from her. She was not respectful or professional all I received was complete attitude the whole time I was on the phone with her. I'm the one that called to let them know that I was out of work sick and running late on my payment. All I got was complete attitude from Miss Fox. I have had better customer service at McDonald's.

  About 10 years ago I took a loan out with this company for a vehicle. Long story short, fell on hard times and I lost my car because I couldn't keep the payment and eventually was garnish for almost $8,000.... I do not blame you for that. That's on me! The problem i have is last September 2016 i a latter in the mail say you garnish AGAIN for almost $8,000. I call Midwest Acceptance they basically said I fell short of payment less then $200 . Instead of trying to work sumthing out it all over again. I JUST CAN'T SEE HOW MIDWEST ACCPTENCE CAN GET AWAY WITH SOMETHING LIKE THIS

  I used Midwest for my car loan!! They are great and always work with me!! Kathy Kay is wonderful to work with and alway provides a good experience!!

  THESE PEOPLE ARE UNREAL! GEORGE IS RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, VULGAR...ETC. I have never been treated or talk to like that before in my life. George told me I wasn't a customer that I was a PROBLEM. And that he did not have to be respectful to me. All I did was call to set up payment arrangements for my car payment. He was not helpful whatsoever. He in turned asked me... WHAT DO I THINK I SHOULD DO? Are you kidding me?? How can this place even be in business!!?? I literally sat in my car and cried for 10 minutes before I could head back into work due to him being so nasty. Best believe.. I WILL be walking that payment INTO THEIR OFFICE WITH MY HUSBAND. See if they talk to me in that tone again.

  That star was given so I could comment. They are very rude to ppl and the interest rate was like an additional $8,000!!! I didn't know until later. Not to mention I begged to reverse the loan 2 days after I got the car I was tricked into buying! (From Concours Motors)... but they would not reverse it!! #pissed n I might file bankruptcy

  Absolutely horrible company to deal with. Poor customer service. No phone or online payments available. Made 12 on time payments, asked for a smaller interest rate, and was told they wouldn't look at that until 24 months in... :/ 24th payment made on time, and now I was told they do not offer any kind of refinancing, etc. They are solely there to take advantage. Update... It is June 18'. Not one payment since October of 17', has been reported.

  Great finance company worked with them for years! I've never had any issues, just make your payments on time like you should and they give no flack.
