  There is a reason why the Owner's son is a Service Director at another GM Dealership. The two brother's (owner's) lie to you and tell you how great they are and how every other dealership is bad. There is a reason why they are the smallest new car dealership in Trumbull County. The service is not good. The deals from sales are very overpriced and very easy for any other dealership to beat. Beware of the backwards country dealership.

  Sold me and my daughter junker used cars, very disappointed.... they told us both that our cars were great and getting a heck of a deal but now we are running into major problems.... also my service was unsatisfactory... the owners son wouldn’t even talk to or look at me instead of approaching me he went to my BF even tho I was the one buying my car ...

  These guys are crooks and con artists! I took my truck in to have the abs light checked. I told them I wasn't having the work done and mysteriously when I picked it up the electronics no longer worked. They said they would fix it for me and I went back to pick it up and the entire side of the bed was smased in. Do not take your vehicle there unless your willing to pay abunch of made up charges or have your vehicle destroyed!
