  Worst bank on the planet. Takes a week or longer to process any auto payments. Checks take days and weeks to clear. Never seen anything like it in my life. Pnc is ten thousand times better none of that happens there . I deposit a check at pnc no matter the bank it's from the funds are available the next day. Key bank holds them for 3 to 7 days. They have lost my whole family's bussiness throughout my lifetime.

  Feel like the people who work here make up their own rules. Everything my wife and I go thru the drive thru someone always has some new rule that non of the other keybanks follow or have.

  Their drive-through was broken and I had both the kids in the car . The lady in charge actually ran into the bank for me and brought me out a withdrawal slip and the amount that I needed.

  This bank wants to charge me $10 because I don't have an account altho the check writer does. That's ridicules ! My bank doesn't !

We are just as glad to render these same services to those who are not yet our customers – we simply ask that they “pay as they go” for them. Checks cashed by those who are not our customers still require the same level of service, hence the fee. We also feel strongly that consumers should have the choice to either cash a check at KeyBank and pay the fee, or choose not to, and go to their own financial institution. That is why the teller informed you of the fee before you completed the transaction. Please be aware that KeyBank policies comply with the Uniform Commercial Code.
