      I've been in there for years and the tellers have always been quick and friendly, even though I'm not a very talkative person. My transactions aren't super complicated but they seem to deal with other people's more challenging transactions as well as possible.

      Did like this bank til very recent. Called for print outs of my check like I have done many times in the past but now they tell me I have to waste 30 minutes of driving to get my boss to call as per protocol (never had to before). I needed these print outs asap and my boss is at a wedding. Very bad customer service and just pure lazy!!!

      Will not notarize without an account, which they did not consider telling me until I had organized 3 people meeting there from 30 miles either way. Also unnecessarily rude to my mom. Would give 0 stars if I could.

      It's a hometown and friendly bank I been with them for 45 years starting in Middlefield back when Robert Stewart was the President , manager and neighbor great place to bank.

      Had a bad day. In drive thru trying to print an fax papers my vehicle battery cable came off an manager came out to help fix! I couldn't get out of my car. Awesome customer service!
