  I used Cityscape Home Mortgage for the second time in just a couple years. Both transactions were seamless transactions. They communicate effectively and efficiently when asking for new documents or fixing paperwork as needed. This time I specifically worked with Jeff Summers who was nothing short of professional. He came to meet me at closing, which I was also impressed with. I appreciate Cityscape Home Mortgage for helping through both my house buying experiences!

  What can I say about Cityscape Home Mortgage? They are AWESOME!!!! This is my first time going through the home buyer process on my own and my realtor gave me options on who I could contact. I ended up contacting Randi Wright, Loan Officer and that was the best thing I have ever done. She answered all my questions (and yes, even the dumb ones :)) and reassured me through the whole process. She also made me feel like I could reach out to her whenever I needed anything. She was very professional and extremely pleasant. Anytime I emailed her, she always responded right away. She made the whole process less stressful and for that I will be grateful! Stacy Fox, Mortgage Processor was also very pleasant and kept me up to date with the paperwork that was needed. I would highly recommend Cityscape Home Mortgage and definitely Randi Wright. Thank you Randi for all you did to help me through this process.

  I had an excellent experience working with Jeff Summers and the team at CityScape. They made my home purchase extremely easy. I love the entire team's dedication and how they work around the clock. Jeff was always there when I needed him and he was always actively trying to help improve our loan. We would not have been able to buy our home without him and his work.   We were referred to Cityscape Home Mortgage by our realtor and we are very happy that this "connection" between us was established. We were living abroad and needed to organize a home loan with us still being in Germany. The Cityscape crew was extremely helpful and we were able to organize all paperwork on-time for our closing. This was truly a major effort getting this all done and we are very thankful that the Cityscape team agreed to the adventure organizing the loan for foreign nationals. Thanks again guys. It was perfect!

  Jeff Summers at Citiscape is one of the BEST! He is thorough and professional and great to work with. He always keeps us apprised of the underwriting progress, and as a Escrow Officer this is super helpful to know so that the two parts can meet together at the end for a successful and smooth Closing! He is also honest and forthright with his clients, no games or excuses. He just jumps right in there with his processing team to do what is best for his clients so that he can help get them to the closing table on time!

  As a business owner, I could only wish my employees would go above and beyond such as Jeff Summers did. He was always available (over the course of two months of buying my home I challenged his responsiveness and never even reached his voicemail) and his expert knowledge made me feel like I truly was in the best of hands. Jeff made me feel like family before, during and after the transaction which further solidifies his commitment to his customers and for future sales I will ONLY go to him. Coming from out of state, I'm very grateful I somehow ended up in his care and I highly doubt there's anybody else that would've beat him when it came to his thoroughness, responsiveness, and intuitive thought processing that saved me thousands of dollars. I don't know when he has time to sleep because of all his hard work, but I can't say enough good things about him and his team! 10/10 would recommend to other home buyers!

  I just finished my refinance with Jeff Summers from Cityscape. The easiest and most honest experience I have ever had with a mortgage company. Every step from the initial quote ,locking in apr to signing documents Jeff was outstanding. The upfront, honest and accurate answers given gave me piece of mind that I was in great hands.   I have purchased 2 homes with Cityscape, the first time Howard showed us the ropes and secured a great loan for our starter home. The second time Brad Turney got us a great Indian loan on our upgraded home. Customer service is unbeatable. Can’t say enough great things!
