  My husband and I have had a wonderful experience with MidState Mortgage! Shane went above and beyond to make sure it was a smooth and easy process for us. He is very friendly and informative and keeps you updated throughout the whole process. We were able to close on our new house in just a few weeks! Also, Kara and Sherri were very helpful as well!   Where do I start? From my first phone call to Shane to the, “we got you through underwriting” call. Shane, Kara and everyone was professional and encouraging. There was no “drama”. The process to Home ownership was smooth and it only took about 21 days. I thought that it was not possible to meet that deadline, but, Midstate Mortgage did!   Shane and his team were the absolute nicest people to work with! We used them to purchase our first home and then again for refinancing. Shane even emailed me and said, “hey I am certain we could get your interest rate down significantly if we refinance, call me and let’s make it happen.” A few months later we were closing again with a MUCH lower interest rate! From the first time we spoke until we closed (both times) I never worried about a thing. Sherri was the cherry top! She is so sweet and kind and always made me feel like everything was under control! So thankful for this amazing team!
