  I had a terrible experience with Melissa Sullivan! I was a first time home buyer and unfamiliar with the process. Melissa started out pleasant but quickly turned to ignoring my telephone calls and would send passive aggressive emails when asking for documents. She did not inform me of which "programs" she was applying for regarding my loan and would switch them without providing an explanation. Her customer service skills are lacking to say the least and down right rude at worst. Despite informing her of my closing date 5 weeks in advance she neglected to assist me with the process in the final days before closing which resulted in me having to push my closing date. I would never recommend her to a first time or seasoned home buyer. This was an excusriating process. I would much rather have gone with my original bank. Stay away!

  Kacy provided the finest loan guidance that I could ever imagine. I felt that I was well taken care of all the way through the entire process of getting a mortgage. Not only she was able to give me the best interest rate but also she was prompt and knowledgeable in answering all my concerns and questions. She made getting loan a breeze.
