  I genuinely enjoyed working with Walter Moody during the process of buying my house, which lasted more than a year! He was very patient, but also ready to move quickly when the time was right. He is very knowledgeable, but also down-to-earth, ready to answer all the questions whenever I had them. Walter also manages to consistently be in a good mood, which is very reassuring during a process that can be a little stressful! I would happily choose to work with Walter again (although I love my home and never plan to move!), and I highly recommend him to anyone. Thanks, Walter!

  I am very happy with my choice of using Midtowne Mortgage as my lender for my mortgage loan.
