  Nice staff, and really help get things done, financed my car no problems and it is a collectable car so some bank go 3 years on older cars, they helped me and i have a 5 year loan, I was in and out in abot 15 minutes, Thanks MidSouth

  I have done business with several banks through my time but I haven't had any other to be as nice and pleasent to visit as Midsouth on every single visit for 3 years now and it doesn't matter which branch I decide to pull into in W.R. I have dealt with all positions now at both branches in W.R. and they have been so helpful and nice. They've taken care of two problems for me that had nothing to do with them and seemed so happy to help. Great Bank!

  I don’t normally bank at this location, but I didn’t have an hour to spare to go to the branch on Hartley Bridge Rd. As a nonprofit organization, we have fairly large deposits following an event. After today, I won’t go back to Hartley Bridge. They are so painfully slow and they do not hide the fact that the really don’t appreciate our business. When you overhear the manager say “get them out of here” it’s time to get a new bank. Today at the WATSON BLVD location, I had a huge deposit and I was in and out in 6 minutes. Thank you Linda; you were so nice, so fast and as you can see, service with a great smile. Take a lesson from this branch!!

  The best customer service by far. All the clerks are friendly courteous and treat each customer just like the customer before and after. Would recommend mid south bank to anyone who wants down home folks with fast friendly service!

  I have been a member for over 4 years, the one time I used the Watson Blvd location my experience was terrible. Kema is a lending specialist and is very rude and shouldn't be in her position if she speaks to customers as if she is better than them and as if they aggravate her. I love the other branches everyone is kind and friendly, the Watson location needs better customer service skills.

  Its ok bank great people its just a lil wired how they dont work with you on account futuers in etc

  Gave runaround, no straight answer for a loan I was pre-approved for. Been a customer for 8 years. Moving my accounts to Robin's FCU.

  Rude customer service, we called and they told us one thing and when we got there they said the complete opposite. Waste of time.

  Everybody nice and welcome you when you come threw the door. This bank is the best in town.
