  Great customer service, very friendly, they help me in every way they can. I would recommend them to anyone. If there were more stars I would give them double for the service.   I have been a customer with 1st Franklin for many years. Diane and her staff has always been great, the provide courteous and genuine customer service. Although there were times when my payment has been late, they never harassed me. I will recommend Ist Franklin.
