  Extremely slow and understaffed. Waited 30min in the drive through with only 2 cars ahead of me. Once I finally arrived to the window it was found no one was actually working the window, but was going back and fourth between the counter and window. A bit frustrating as a customer

  Just went to ATM there. Went to withdraw 100.00 waited n waites heard the machine running the window said take your cash and receipt which neither one showed up. Then it kicked out a receipt saying it had given me the money. Checked my bank account and sure enough it was pending. I will be there in the morning.

  Love the staff @ this MidSouth location. April, Ginny, & Deidre are always helpful. I am greeted by name and with a smile everytime I come in or use the drive-thru. The staff at this branch know how to their members like family! Thank you Ladies, you are a blessing!!
