      I came in for a simple update account info and been waiting for ever, why this branch is always like that; you got ppl walking around doing nothing, this is really sad, & STILL WAITING.

      Reason for my visit was to payoff a loan. Jasmine and her coworkers were knowledgeable, helpful and very courteous. I recommend this branch for one-on-one personal assistance in banking matters.

      Everytime I come to this bank, the service is extremely slow. Whether I'm there for serious purposes or just simply getting cash out, the service is extremely slow. My advice is to hire more workers so everyone can get out in a timely manner. I've been sitting here now for about an hour all because they have 2 employees in the whole bank that can just give me a new debit card. Need more help.

      It’s busy during these hours, there is only one teller. One assistance in the lobby, and 3 workers just sitting in a office just talking instead of assisting the customers, so we don’t have to wait; could be a meeting but you see the lobby is feeling up and appointments are rolling in why not, put that on hold help. I may just change banks..

      Employees are eager to help, but in my limited experiences at this branch I seem to get different information each time I go in. It's rather frustrating hearing that I do not have correct information concerning my accounts. I tend to get my info from the 800 number now. Like I said, they are pleasant; however, I'd rather get correct informing from someone with no personality than a personable individual that has information I can't rely on. Bank of America as a whole, I give 5 stars. I absolutely love BOA.

      Not a good bank at all..! I use Bank of America ,but DONT GO TO THE ONE ON RUSSELL PARKWAY..THEY ARE A COMPLETE JOKE! My mortgage company sent me and my uncle a check because of a flood I had in my home but both of our names is on it.. He signed the check and sent it to me because he lives in Florida and me in Ga. Well I go into the Russell Pkwy bank and try to.deposit it into my account and they would not let me. They said I had ro have an existing bank account with he and Ion it. I'VE had several different checks over the past like that one and never had a problem at the one on watson blvd or taking a picture if front and back and depositing it on my mobile app. These people are young and try to use they're power as a power play... It seems like maybe they can use a better ho.elife and then maybe just maybe they would be more friendly and open minded!!

      Need more tellers. Inside line wait is around 20 minutes. Almost every time! It’s Ridiculous! They kind of throw your problems right back at you. For example always telling you to use an automated number, whereas the branch in Centerville takes care of it there.

      So I walked In to the Bank of America office on Wednesday April, 25, 2018 at 111 Russell Parkway, Warner Robins, G.A 31088 at around 3:45 p.m with my son to have his pin reset on his ATM card. The lady asks me what I am there for and I tell her the reason. She then had the nerve to tell me that there is 1 person ahead of me and I would need to schedule an appointment to reset the pin, mind you that they are not supposed to close until 4 pm and any customer who arrives prior to closing should receive service . I don’t know if she did that because of my skin color but this type of service is completely unacceptable and I have already called the regional office to make a complaint. At this point I am really thinking about closing all of my accounts, canceling my credit card and no longer doing any business with them at all. For all she knows I could have been traveling out of the country.. Talk about HORRIBLE SERVICE!! And as an update I went back In to the Bank today 4/28/18 and it took less than 3 minutes to reset the pin on my child’s bank card... Shame on them for the service I received a few days ago.

      New manager is rude. Staff is rude. I’ve been waiting watching over 15 people be helped before me as I’ve waited over an hour two cash two checks. If I could leave a negative star review I would. Will go to another branch before I set foot back in this branch. Never again

      Worst bank ever! I’ve never walked into this branch or the one in Centerville and waited less than 30 minutes. There is never more than one or two tellers no matter how busy they get
