  I really feel that their customer service skills are quite lacking. The teller at the drive up with the dark curly hair is less than friendly and acted annoyed when I dropped off my mortgage payment. I'm sorry that I'm trying to give you money, however it's required or I lose my home. Secondly be excited you have a job, there are others who would love to be in your place.

  I have had my loan with this bank since May 2009, after they had bought out heartland Bank. Heartland Bank was wonderful! There was never any problems or miss cues or anything. In the 1.8 years this bank has been here, they have screwed up my house payment 5–6 times! Even one time applying my house payment altogether to someone else's address!! Today was no exception. I went in and had them apply $300 towards my escrow which was abundantly clear on the statement, what did the teller do?? She applied it towards principle! Too bad she was very rude and acting towards me. Why is it my fault that someone can't get figures punched into a system correctly?? I have to ask that. For that fact, The other 5–6 times they have messed up something with my account. In fact last year, as a result of their mistakes, someone had been missed depositing money into my principal account over my escrow and when my house payment renewal notice came do, it was much higher. The only excuse that Mr. Easter in the main office gave me, was a little to none less than reassuring. If I miss a house payment, they foreclose on my house! I have an impeccable credit score. Word to the wise whoever decides to do business with this bank, certainly watch your peas and cues

  So I have been coming here for about 2 years to cash checks because my job doesnt allow direct deposit and so I came in the morning to try to beat some inclement weather and it turns out I have to wait a extra half hour to give them a check and a driver's license so they can give me my money, even though I deal with the same associates every time and the drive through is open. Oh and the best part if I open an account turns out I have to pay for that account because I dont have the option of direct deposit at my job

  Everyone there is very kind and quick. Love this place, and they even know my name when I walk in!
