  After many years of poor customer service it's time for a change. If you're looking for a bank/credit union that works for you, I would recommend Community Choice or Veridian. Service here has been nothing but subpar and less than helpful, especially if you run a small business. If you enjoy endless fees and checks being held up for random reasons than this just the plac for you. CLOSED on Saturday's and the online banking is a joke. Looking forward to doing business elsewhere.

  Worked with Ryan Sesker and it was an unbelievably sleezy, unprofessional and disrespectful experience! Not only did we set a 10am appointment that he made us wait 45 minutes for, but 30 minutes into waiting he IMs another banker in the office who approaches us to tell us she is going to "wrap up our loan". First red flag we had was that statement right there. We were merely there to talk about what they could do, not sign anything. Come to find out that the lady had no idea what she was doing about our situation, so when she said to us they were going to run my wife's credit, we said "No, because we had it pulled last weekend!" She laughs and said casually "it's too late, I've already ran it." ... Wait, what? Without asking or advising us of this hard pull? Needless to say, we were frustrated at that point and advised we would like to just speak with Ryan, whom we had the appointment with initially. Going to need a back story for red flag number 2, 3, 4 & 5: The week prior he said he could get us a 1% auto refinance rate under just my wife's name. So we set the appointment for 10am (because he didn't want to do it at 9am so he could chat and drink coffee and get ready for his morning before we came. (We come to find out he booked another apointment in the 9a time slot and that is what set up our 45 minute delay)) Red flag number 2: So, we sit with Ryan, 45 minutes later, to find out he had done nothing to prep the payoff and he said "I can get you 5%". At this point I'm taken back with the pure sleeziness he used to get us back in his office. Red flag number 3 comes in the form of a big laugh in our faces because he took us for fools (worked as a banker and mortgage banker for Wells Fargo for years) and said "No! I can save 1% for you from your current rate". I'm irate at this point so I sit back and let him write up the loan for a 1% less than we are paying now (I mean they already screwed her credit score by pulling it without our permission so why not get the savings?). Red flag 4&5 come in a package deal. I'm looking at his computer screen and he's adding ME to the loan! No warning, question, just doing it! I hit the breaks and he proceeds to insult me and my wife by laughing in our face and insulting my wife's income to mine. As a husband and future family man, I would not suggest him (Ryan Sesker) or Midland Credit Union in general to anyone serious about being respected and treated with dignity when trying to better your financial future. I didn't stand for it and he was disrespectful, unprofessional and downright rude! I don't write reviews, this is my first one! This one struck a cord! Ryan Sesker and Midland Credit Union should be investigated for their neglectful practices with people's personal information and privacy, along with their right to knowing exactly what they are doing when working with someone's finances. Seriously would give them no stars at all. Terrible experience and waste of my Saturday and 60 points to my wife's credit score!

  I have nothing. It excellent service from Ryan Sesker. He is always very professional and courteous. I have and will continue to refer all my friends and family to do business with Ryan Sesker and Midland Credit Union.

  No weekend hours but can go to linked bank to do weekend banking. If you're working a loan must be done during the week...
