  Deric was amazing. From start to finish, he was fast and always professional. After I made an offer on the home I wanted, he was up at 11pm crossing t's and dotting i's making sure my pre-approval was in tact. He even helped me while he was on vacation! I am someone who gets anxious through a process like buying a home, and he always answered all the questions I needed answers to. He was honest too. Even at times when it could have benefited him the most, he continued to have my best interest at heart. Not to mention I received a very competitive rate!
