  Kyra and her team are such a pleasure to work with! We were in a pickle and needed to get a house loan fast...Kyra explained everything so we understood what was going on and even went above and beyond what her job requires. If we ever had any questions Kyra or a member of her team would answer it day or night. I consider Kyra and her team as a group of friends. I'm so happy she was given the job to help us find are first home even through all the emotions and stress of the USDA. Her team would not give up and kept fighting to make sure no matter what we would get a home.   I really appreciated the level of communication and check-ins provided by Kyra and her team. They were there with info and updates before I could even ask. I also really appreciate that Kyra gave me advice on my bigger-picture plans, and how this particular transaction fits into those plans, vs just focusing on this singular transaction. She acted as a mortgage advisor and planner and not just a loan officer who wants to close a deal. Kyra and her team are experienced, efficient, and smart, and I'm looking forward to doing more business together!
