      We were once again disappointed by the standards of Mid-Florida. Some months ago we were let down by a branch and I thought maybe it was just that local branch and decided to move on. So I decided to deal with another branch that I had dealt with. Well to my dismay it must be the standard now. Bait and switch, talk out of the side of your mouth, say one thing but yet do another. Processes that we have heard time and time again here. Once again it was repeated by another, it gets repeated here in text again. When will people listen an learn. Basically we underwent a process, it took a few days. They said it was running smoothly. It was only going to require a few things and it turned out that's not what they needed, it was something completely different. Corporate had other intentions and it was like a whole different set of rules came down despite everything that we presented was what they asked for. Lately, in the last few years corporations have forgotten these same people who have gotten older and retire or change modes, are those same people that used to be: Bank professionals. Insurance professionals. Lawyers. Paralegals. In their own right. so they know what they're talkin about when it comes to individual wants an needs. Consumer protection rights, Lending rights, State Banking Commission. Department of Insurance. And all rights thereof. Be they written or implied. All these things come into play without question. Another thing, the children of these professionals are unfairly manipulated. And who do you think taught those children their values...the same people who are being undermined. So with this new generation, comes the use of their new social media platforms, Blogging, Internet, and whatever the future may unfold before us, to inform the public and protect our rights. Do not test us...For we will go forward in stride.

      Sat in the drive thru for about 30 minutes, watched atleast 5 or 6 other vehicles come after me and leave before me.

      I have loved my experience with MIDFLORIDA for my checking and auto loans. But my credit card through them has been a nightmare. I have been a MIDFLORIDA member for over 10 years. But when my credit card had been defrauded back in February and I was told they would reimburse me I have got nothing but the run around. I have talked to every possible branch and even went in and talked to the assistant manager and still no results. Update. The problem has finally been fixed and I am changing my review.

      This Mid Florida is miles ahead of the other branches! Very quick and hassle free service everytime I come here! Also GG is one of the best employees I've ever had to deal with at MidFlorida. Keep up the good work guys!

      If I could give it a quarter of a star I would. Customer service is ridiculous and the person who attempted to help me told me not to bother sitting if my score wasn't above 600 when I attempted to open a checking's account. On top of that they offer you a free checking acct., that you can't do anything with other can deposit your money. Can you send money to a friend through zelle send pay bills can't transfer money absolutely nothing.They're just as bad as Bank of America.

      Absolute slowest drive thru! I sit for at least 30 minutes each time I attempt using this branch. After waiting over an hour this will be my last visit. It is a shame that it's less time consuming to drive out of my way to the branch on cypress gardens!!!!

      I bank with Mid Florida , and tryed to get a loan using my truck as collateral, was denyed even with good credit, cause of a loan i co-signed on 10 years ago .Not a satisfied customer. May move house loan to different bank soon .

      Their ATM is always out of service you can't never make a deposit slow drive thru but nice employees

      Lackluster customer service.... They won't even greet you at the drive thru and when you go inside, they care more about changing channels on the tv no one is watching then helping people waiting in line.
