  Reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and the state. A Realtor working for the owner's other company, Sunburst Homes, violated a loan applicant's privacy by giving us information about the status of their loan. Also, legally they are required to give us a Loan Estimate 3 days after receiving the loan application. It's 4 business days after and we have not received one. Tried calling the underwriter, Ashley Daniels, yesterday (Wednesday) and no one was at the office to answer my call. Our Realtor called today to let us know that the house we made an offer on was sold right from underneath us even though they said that we would be first in line to purchase it as this was the second time we applied for one of their homes. We had tried putting in a back up offer to another one of their properties a few weeks ago after their listing agent made the mistake of giving us faulty and illegal information about the other applicant's finances. She told us they would not be approved but they were, apparently. Raise your credit and buy through ethical lenders. You can't trust companies who disrespect their prospective clients. Stay away from these guys!

  We went through these crooked people to get a home and 1 day before our "closing date" was told that we wasnt able to close. Yet we had already made a $4,000.00 down payment. We were offered a lease aggreement instead since our money was "non-refundable". The home we ended up moving into had major plumbing and electrical issues. The home was i fested with rats. The floor was also about to fall through in a few different places. We were told all of this would be fixed before move in but wasnt allowed to do another walk through because of what they stated, "would be a liability". To make things worse, there was a busted water line in the ground that was pouring out 26,000 gallons of water per minute causing our electric to run into $1,000.00 + range. 6 months into the lease we were evicted for non-payment even though all of these things were going on and they refused to fix them. Mind you, they still had our $4k down payment. We were burned. Dont make the same mistake. These people thrive off of scamming people. Get your credit up and go buy a home. It will save you a lot of problems.

  Please don't do business with this company, they are literally crooks. If you need to purchase a trailer please find someone else to do the loan with, they are other reputable companies. I wouldn't even give them 1 star, they are literally the worse of the worse.

  I wish we had never heard of them. My family has became ill due to there crooked ways! Bad business man and women the whole bunch Gerrard as well they one and the same!
