Susan Paine5Last month April I came into the branch at 111th and Elm. A young man helped me and I'm sure he could tell I was not in a very good mood even thought we barely spoke. He took the time to tell me my driver lic. was about to expire. I appreciate him so much for that. No telling when I would have noticed myself and that would have been so stressful.

Tasia Carry5I’ve been going to this location on and off for the past 1 and a half years since I moved across the street. Stephanie hands-down always delivers exceptional customer service as well as the girls at the teller line. The girls stayed late today to help me complete my new auto loan. I started off a little upset because of some confusion, but they were so nice, patient, and made everything great! if there was 100 stars I’d give it. Hands-down the best bank I’ve actually ever banked with they are so personable and always have your best interests at heart. Thanks for being amazing!!!

Timothy Gonzales1Cannot do money orders through the drive through anymore cause of covid being OVER?? WHEN WAS COVID OVER? Have to come inside. Had an aunt get a money order for me once and now they say no. The girl up front on the right at 3:00 should work on her tact and the way she takes to people instead of a "NOPE. Always been that way" while she's with another person not even me. Bank of Oklahoma wouldn't ever treat anyone like this. Disgusting.

MidFirst has been working hard to create an efficient system for processing the PPP Forgiveness Applications too, despite the constant legislation policy changes. Very appreciative for the supportiveness given to small businesses in Broken Arrow and Tulsa area.

Jeff Mann5Best Bank in town! Love these folks at this branch! I am a business owner and took my business to Mid1st as a result of the horrible customer service experiences I was having with BOK years ago. Not enough good things to say about Mid1st and they own their ATM machines too, which means that if you have a problem with the ATM, they can send an employee out to assist you in getting problem solved! Customer service is outstanding too & little wait time!

Blossom Adventures1Like every person I struggled finically because I went a time without a job, my bank account fell into the negative and I was given notice that if I didn’t get it out of the negative it would close. I got it out of the negative on Saturday and it fell back into the negative Monday, I had worked to get a third of it out of the negative but then my account was suddenly closed two days before payday, because they said my account was never technically out of the negative. My tax return and paychecks are routed to this bank so now I’m not going to be getting any of the money I need to survive because of this bank saying I didn’t get my account out of the negative when I have proof I did. Stay far away from them!! I will be taking my bank account to Arvest!

Christopher Elliott2This bank.... They are all nice unless you want to cancel your account. they also dont process payments until 24 hours after they occur. That means you will always see lets say $100 in your account no matter how much money you spend until the next day. Then they charge you $43 for overdrafts even though their bank is the reason the payment did not post. Ridiculous.

Denise Mink1Worst bank ever. There is simply not enough space to put all the things this bank did wrong. I an 55 years old - own 2 successful Businesses and i have never seen the level of incompetentcy that exist here. RUN RUN RUN from this bank. The lack of knowledge of their associates caused me enourmous issues. The worst part is they do not care. Please save yourself the stress. Go anywhere else.
