Fred2Pre-pandemic was OK. Now, the lobby hours are ridiculous they’re not open on Saturday and not open long during the week. Drive through there’s always lots and lots of cars. They did have bill pay with direct deposit but stop that and now you have to pay.

David Tinney5Tellers at the drive through are fast and efficient. We needed to get some documents notarized and had to wait a little while. The staff were friendly and kept us informed of when we could expect to be helped. The young man who notarized our document spoke very good English, he being of ethnic origin, and was friendly and accommodating. I bank at more than one bank and Arvest is by far the best in the area, from my personal experience.

Josh Williams1Never enough staff, and the ones working don’t understand what it means to have a sense of urgency. I consistently have to wait in the drive thru for 15+ minutes each time. Today, I pull up and there are 14 cars in queue. So I go inside and wait another 20 minutes before getting to get to the counter. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere, as I’m about to do.

Kayla H1Wait times in drive-thru are outrageous. I’ve currently been here for 30 minutes and still counting. I utilize the drive-thru so I don’t have to take my baby in and out of the car every time I need to go to the bank. Not that inside wait times are any better. They recently went paperless (no deposit slips or anything) which adds to the time when tellers have to ask each person what they want to do and wait for an explanation instead of just being able to read a deposit slip. Would recommend banking elsewhere.

Dustin Ridling1This drive thru takes an ETERNITY and the ATM is basically useless- often unable to complete functions such as cash deposits. The Arvest app is just as bad. I'm pulling out my funds and closing my account ASAP.

Andy Smith1You need more than one ATM at this location. Considering the amount of older folks and traffic volume there's ALWAYS a person holding up the line when I go. ~> today it was completely out of order. *Since I posted this last; it's been out of order 6 different times. I've spent $18 on transaction fees having to use other ATM's since I don't have time to spend 20 minutes inside every time i need cash. Today it completely broke attempting to print my receipt and would not close out no matter what I tried. . I get to worry if my account is being robbed all day since It got stuck without verifying the transaction was finished. - I'm going to take the complaints up a notch and E-mail corporate and file a complaint inside with a manager. Unacceptable on so many levels.

Echo Lycan1Poor customer service, inability to give satisfactoryanswers. Incapableof correcting issues on the banks behalf. Arvest has been waiting a week at a time to process my paychecks, and have been returning them, effectively putting me several hundred dollars in the negative. This has been a reoccurring issue. Will be finding a new bank.

Destiny Newbold1Always have the worst experience at this bank. Have to wait forever in the commercial lane which has made me late getting back to work and getting my store open multiple times. The tellers don't seem to be too bothered with the fact that they have people waiting for extended periods of time or with customer service. Overall, very unhappy with this location.
