  I bank with multiple major banks like Wells Fargo etc, but Midfirst is on another level completely. They outclass any bank I’ve worked with for many reasons. The ultimate trump card is their staff, both Vince and Telisha are amazing. They are extremely efficient, caring, and understand exactly what I want and need as their customer. I’ll be using Midfirst for LIFE!

  The staff has been awesome the past few years. My wife and I walked in not knowing what to expect and was blown away with the personal service. It’s a small business feel. After walking away from the major branches we were left wondering what to do. So glad we made the decision to go in. We’ll never have to look for another branch again. Excellent banking

  The teller Telisha at 75th ave Cactus was the best teller I have ever had. Very helpful with organizing the Zelle thing and switching accounts not to mention friendly and funny. 5 star employee

  I was assisted by a very friendly teller named Marisol who helped me get my business done. She was very kind and answered all my questions in a very professional manner which made everything that much easier. It really made my bank trip less tedious and not feel like another chore in my day. Thank you!

  My husband and I have been banking with Midfirst Bank 75th and Cactus for years now. We recently were able to refinance our vehicles through MidFirst and Telisha was so knowledgeable and got it done so quickly for us. We love our bank!

  I will always go to this branch, even though I have one 8 minutes from my house. Absolutely love several of the employees at this location. They are always happy to see me and help with whatever I need, even when I text or call. Vince is the best manager ever and the others of the mgmt team are awesome as well!!!

  Ive had an account with MidFirst for 8 years now and probably many more years to come. Its really everything and anything youll ever want in a checking account. The best feature in my opinion is definitely being able to use ANY ATM without being charged. Or should I say, they will reinburse you for whatever the ATM charged you within the same day. Actually usually within just a couple hours. Also, I have been coming to this specific location ever since they opened this beautiful new building over on 75th and Cactus. Shout out to Vince the manager here, and all of the other employees there. Keep up the good work, by far the best bank!

  I have never received better customer service than I did from Patrick today. I’m from Texas on vacation and my debit card was compromised. My card issuer deactivated the card. Patrick went above and beyond to help me, I was able to get enough cash for the remainder of my trip. Thank you Patrick, and thank you MidFirst bank.
