  I have never had a worse experience with a lender. Steve Kraushar was given a contract for an accepted offer for our mutual client and just fell off the face of the earth!!! He told me I'd receive an LSU and never sent one and then just stopped returning mine and the clients calls and emails. Three weeks into escrow, I called his assistant for an update and she said they don't even have a file opened for that client. Worst Service I've ever had!! Client has switched lenders to complete the deal. What a joke of a company!

  Allison was so very helpful getting our loan through the system as I am retired and I'm living off my accumulated 401K balance it was a real hassle getting all the documents required but she was wonderful.

  When obtaining a mortgage engaging a mortgage I always engage a local mortgage broker and Allyson Knappenberger with DK Home Loans, LLC was excellent in a few key ways need to obtain a mortgage at favorable rates in a timely manor She defined the various types of mortgages that are available, she outlined the specific documentation needed for the mortgage provider and based on her experience she was able to provide an accurate timeline for the process.
