  If you want to do your banking where it's like old fashion banking where you actually recognize the same person twice and they even recognize you, go to Credit Union West! The are always there to greet you with a smile and help with any assistance you need. I got help during my divorce several years ago to finance a new car and then now to get a HELOC line to open a new business. I have a personal banker now there and I think I'm going to move all my other money over from Bank of America where they constantly gouge me with fees and never know me after 30 years of banking there.

  My Mother died nearly 2 years ago. She still has money in an account. Being the executor of her trust, they refuse to release those funds to Me. Those funds ARE NOT IN THE TRUST. My family and I have been at this location, numerous times, to collect. And their still refusing to release. Slim shady people.

  This will be the third time ive simply called to get a replacement card due to normal wear and tear, and theyve deactivated my old one before receiving my new. Even after theyve specifically assured me this would not again be the case. The last time they deactivated my card, and sent the replacement to a (blank) address in their system, so I never received…because it wasnt being sent. I wish I can be contacted as there is never management available . Youd think for a bank that makes you answer 6 security questions when you call, that simple customer requests like this wouldnt be an issue.

  Absolutely wonderful, friendly & easy service every time! They always greet you with with smile. We highly recommend to anyone! (For business needs or personal.) We have used them for our personal accounts for over 20 years. Recently, we did our research comparing other banks & ultimately chose Credit Union West for our business too! Super quick & easy to set up our business account. Todd Green was fantastic!

  I have been going to Credit Union West over 10 years. I like the personal service and down-home feeling that they give you when you walk in the branch. They also do not have huge lines like other major banks. They have good rates On all types of loans. Love them ❤️

  I always have such a great experience at Credit Union West. Todd Green has always made me feel so welcome and needed. He has helped me through so many milestones in my life. I always look forward to seeing him when I come in! :)

  I don't usually have anything negative to say about the people that I do business with, but I can't recommend doing business with this bank. I purchased a vehicle, and the dealer used this bank to finance it. Upon payoff, they refused to provide a physical copy of release of title for my paperwork. I called the central office, they insisted I make an appointment for a branch visit. I did, only to be refused a copy. The branch manager even called to try to dissuade me from coming in. Glad I don't bank here. Not helpful at all.

  They love their insufficient funds charges. To the extent that if you deposit a check remotely BEFORE your next bill comes out they will still process that bill first and then charge you the insufficient funds fee which they can just subtract from the money you deposited. Oh and it’s not like they’ve ever added the option (or haven’t bothered to tell their customers) to make deposits at the atm. So it’s not like you can put money in your account after they’re closed accept by remote check deposit or a transfer.

  The staff is very helpful and get in and get out generally for certain days of the week or certain hours that you can get in and get out pretty quick ly but I had a very good experience
