Kirstin P1I’m very disappointed in my experience today at this location with Naomi (who I believe is in management). I have a small business and often receive checks that need to be cashed. I felt like I was being treated as if I was fraudulent. The first thing she said to me when I tried to cash my checks was “Do you even bank here?” She said this in a very rude way. I have banked there for over 15 years. And then she continued to question me. The worst part is she has cashed my checks before and gave me the same similar attitude. She even was the one who helped me set up a DBA account a few years ago but proceeds to ask me if I even bank there. I understand needing clarification when it comes to checks but would never treat a customer this way.

Keith Slaughter5Naomi Asagun was the most amazing professional I’ve ever dealt with at a bank. She is very sweet and informative. By far one of the kindest ladies I’ve encountered. I recommend midfirst for business or personal use. And ask for Naomi!

Dutch Hallenback1Being retired I want to try and save a little money each month, went there to open a savings account, left with a checking account. Anyway gave the guy my deposit and it wasn’t until after he deposited my money he told me it will not be available for 30 days. Mind you it’s already taken out of my outside account. I don’t know what to make of this. This is bad business practice Emilio.

Chelsea Myers5My job banks here and I have to take the deposit there everyday, and I usually go through the drive-thru. I wanted to point out a teller that works there that does an exceptional job. Damien is always so friendly, and has a great attitude, and I just feel he needs to be recognized for his outstanding customer service. Thank you for making my day, everyday!! Tabitha Ingram2Drags their feet on releasing funds. Deposited CASH on Saturday and they’re saying we can’t even access it until THURSDAY??? That’s FIVE days after we deposited it. Cash, not a check, CASH. But screw my bills right? This isn’t even the first time, MidFirst, step it up or my service will go elsewhere. No reason for the wait to be THAT long.

Oklahoman5Awesome place to do business!! Naomi is great and so are the banking staff. I switched from Arvest to MidFirst and should have changed to MidFirst a loooooooooooooog time ago. Deal with MidFirst at 164th and May and you won't be disappointed!!!

Andrea Hancock1DO NOT BANK HERE! Midfirst is awful. They allowed $20,000 to be stolen from my account and then said there was nothing they could do about it. They have hidden fees, the worst customer service, and the manager is the least helpful person out of all of them. If you like to keep your money, I recommend switching to BancFirst.
