  I phoned the Call Center and was disappointed to learn that there are no brochures of checking/savings accounts or Rewards Debit/Credit accounts. I am attempting to get my son to switch to OCU. The brochures would have been helpful for my ‘pitch’.

  It was one of the quickest opening of an account I have ever done. No long wait to see someone to help You, I was ask a few Questions,gave a few reply's and in minutes I was done. It really helped by My Wife already being a member there.
