  I've been with this credit union for several years. I've never had a problem, until this week, when the teller refused to deposit a check from a payer that I've deposited SEVERAL times before. I was told that after consulting with the manager, the check couldn't be deposited because my name wasn't on it. The thing is: my name WAS on the check, listed with one of the businesses I work with. When I mentioned it hadn't been a problem until then, the teller reiterated that it was what her manager told her. Ironically enough, when I went down the street to the credit union service center, they had NO problem depositing the check at all. Hmmmm.

  Rita at Credit Union One of Oklahoma has been so nice and helpful and helped us get the loan for home repairs! We love working with this Bank and can’t imagine going anywhere else. They make the loan process so easy which is awesome when we live 2 1/2 hours away from OKC! We have also worked with Garrett when we bought our pickup last November.

  Rita helped us obtain a loan for a storm shelter. She was kind and patient. She made sure that our needs were met. She even gave us the check to ensure the installers completed the job before they received payment. I will be contacting her with our next loan.

  This has to be the best, I believe, I have ever had borrowing money. Rita has been a blessing the way she helped. It went very smooth, I however; stumbled a few times out the gate. She came to my rescue each time. Thank you.
