Matiyassa5I just moved here from Houston and needed a bank account! I went to a few different banks however Miss Elisha the Relationship Banker here is the reason why I chose Arvest and because they just seemed more credible and organized!! Highly recommend!

Deborah Rogers1Changed my last name twice at this location back in July. I was given a new card, but the name was not updated on my business account, so I came back and updated the documents for that account. I needed statements for a mortgage today, and the statements are still in the old last name. Called and found out that the branch didn’t update my name at all. I am running around with a debit card that does not match my account and they are letting transactions go through. That’s a serious risk! I can’t verify my identify because they don’t have my ID on file! Moving my accounts to Chase today.

Tiho Atanasov1Tonight after work, tried to deposit cash. Placed the sum at the ATM ,where the system blocked and didn't process the money or return the money. No customer support available and hoping to receive my money back. Shame that this location has such old operating ATM and no 24h. support agents.

Ej Sotelo's1I needed to replace a debit card so I went to a different Arvest location with the lobby open and he sent me to this location because they have a card machine that would print one right there. The lobby was closed so I go to the business lane in the back and waited 20-25 minutes and a lady comes out to tell me to pull into another lane for assistance but when I tell her why I’m there she tells me that the card machine just broke 15 minutes ago but that I can go to another location to get one that also has a card machine. We also asked if they had any waters which would have been nice but no waters either. I understand things do happen but I don’t think it was a coincidence. A nice complimentary item (like waters) would have made my experience better and I wouldn’t be writing this review... but come on Arvest you can do better.

Joni Taylor1Always a disappointment at this location. This arvest is back at it again with the ATM outside not working. I need to deposit so I don't go negative, which they would charge me for. So if I get charged a overdrawn fee because of this then I will be coming back with this proof that their ATM is incapable of accepting cash, and that arvest banks are not night shift worker friendly...

Joni Taylor1Anytime i need to deposit money after work so that I don't go negative their atm is shut down. I work nights so I don't get the time to come in during the day rely on the atm. And im going to get overdraft fees multiple times because of this. My only other options are to go to other locations over 20 minutes from my apartment and hope their atm is also working. If I get more than one overdraft fee I will be call them to make sure they know its their fault because I couldn't deposit any money

Stoni Compton Jr (StoniLea)1This is the worst bank experience I've ever had. The only reason I gave them a star is because in order to leave a review you have to give a star. Here's my story. It was 12:30 on a Saturday and I needed change. They were one of the only banks open so I called the number provided on their web site before I went to make sure I could get change there as I am not a member. I spoke with a nice man at the call center named Michael. I asked if it was possible for me to get change and he told me yes, never asked me if I was a member... Just said yes. So we get to the drive thru and let them know what I needed. The teller asked for my account number and I told her I didn't have an account. She said okay and took my change order which totalled $100 and my money and walked off. She returns a few minutes later and informs me that there is a $10 fee since we are not members. When I told her that I talked to a guy named Michael and he said nothing about a fee another man came over and said Michael who we have a lot of Michaels in this Bank. I immediately called the same number I had previously called when I had spoken to Michael to get his last name which was Michael Hobbs. I told the man his name and his reply was, "Well it doesn't matter. Because you are not a member you awill have to pay a 10% fee and can't we will not waive it for you." I told him to take off one of the rolls of quarters which brought my total coins ordered down to $90 to cover the fee which at 10% should have been $9. They gave me the $90 in change and that was it. I asked him where my dollar was because I only got $90 in change. He refused to give me the dollar saying they didn't owe me a dollar. Needless to say their commercials about how friendly they are is all a bunch of BS. I will not EVER be doing any business with Arvest again.

Tyler Walker1After banking with this institution for a little over 2 years, I was highly disappointed when they closed both my checking and business accounts. I just started in the Bitcoin industry, purchasing a little here and there. I used Zelle, a payment feature this bank offers. That was the mistake that cost me my accounts. Stay away from this feature. They consider payments fraudulent. They do not support Bitcoin transactions. They would not specifically inform me as to why the accounts closed. A letter was sent from them explaining how a relationship would no longer be beneficial.

Alborz Siavashi1One of the worst banks. Might as well forget disputing anything. Their mobile deposit doesn’t work 75% of the time, and they start placing holds on your deposits all of a sudden, two years after you’ve had your account in good standings. Their ATMs don’t work sometimes either. If you google their hours, it says their drive thru is closed when it’s not. Closing my accounts here soon.

Tessa Brown1Then to three locations in Edmond Oklahoma all of which say that they are open online as well as on their lobby doors. all of them are closed lobby and drive through before 4:00 PM on a weekday. Unacceptable!
