  I started doing business with Middlesex when I began working in Westford . My two former banks had been swallowed up by large banks and of course service diminished. I have been with Middlesex for decades now and it is refreshing to get a human on the phone when I have an issue. They have always been pleasant and helpful so as long as I live in this area I will continue to have an account with them.

  Always a quick, enjoyable experience dealing with this bank. They have great tellers that care about their customer relationships. I have my business account, personal account, and credit card with them and never have any issues. Wouldn't use any other bank.

  I went to this bank once before when I needed a cash advance. I had no issue before and was able to get the 2000 dollars I needed. This time I was helped by a nice woman named Jacqueline. However, she kept getting interrupted by a large teller next to her who kept butting in and not minding her business. Anyways, she told me I could only get $1000. I told the woman she was rude and I left. If it was just Jacqueline, I would have done business with this bank. By the way, I went next door to Citizens and they said I could do a cash advance with any amount, so they got my business. Plus, the woman there was really nice.
