  I have gone to three different DCUs that have coin sorting machines but NOT ONE OF THEM is working ! Of course, I didn’t find this out until I arrived at that specific branch. What a waste of my valuable time!

  Ms. Alexandra Silva helped me reduce my auto loan monthly payment and also showed me additional finance options that help me meet my goals. She is an asset to the Littleton branch and DCU offices.

  I used a credit union in Washington State for 30 years and had maybe 2 problems with them that were addressed respectfully and earnestly. I've been with DCU for about 2 years and have never once had an interaction with them that went smoothly or where I felt welcomed. They're nearly impossible to get on the phone (just informed of an hour and 20 min estimated hold time), so I go to branches (Littleton branch most often). I have never felt welcomed, and often leave with the feeling that they viewed me as a bother more than a client. It seems they're more interested in finding ways to not have to do anything than problem solving. No clue what the management is like at DCU, but customer service doesn't seem to be a priority. I'm done with them... 2 years of a pattern this strong is not to be ignored.

  I went there with my girlfriend when I was in the area as I heard I could get a shared branch certified bank check there. I was helped by a young man named Kris. He made it a breeze to get, he admitted he needed some help finishing the process and Annette was very prompt to help him get me my check! Would recommend this DCU to anyone.

  Although this is my regular banking institution needed to talk with someone... didn't realize had to check in and wait or was I supposed to make an appointment? Wasn't clear and without my glasses check in was virtually impossible to complete. No one would assist so completed my business at teller and left.

  Let your customers create their own PINs! I've had my checking account for almost three weeks now and I still can't use my debit card as a debit card because I haven't received my PIN! Sending it through the mail doesn't seem like a particularly secure way of getting it, and I can't even change it to something unique that only I would know when (or maybe I should say if?) I get it? So far I like DCU better than my previous bank but not being able to fully use my card is really inconvenient, and the fact that it's sent through the mail and I can't change it to something of my own choosing doesn't exactly inspire confidence in the security of my account!

  Very friendly. Application is very easy to use and has everything at your finger tips. Quick loans are awesome. There very quick. Vehicle loans are great. They work with you to help your credit score. Saving money. Investing. Helping the community out.

  My name is sammy Diaz I just purchased a vehicle from green light auto. And me and my family are very happy with our purchase !!!! Kathryn and Carlos where great to work with !!! Very professional, there where both very kind and curtis. I don't have perfect credit but i don't have horrible credit either lol but none of the banks want to give me a loan. Carlos went above and beyond to find me someone who will. DCU credit union is the one who helped me out when no one else would. There representative Kesha I believe her name was. Kesha was very professional, kind and curtis. Her services where greatly appreciated !!!!Thanks again I am super happy and so is my family !!! I would highly recommend this place to friends and family for your next vehicle purchase. We drove from west Springfield Massachusetts and it was definitely worth the drive !!!! Me and my family greatly appreciate you all at green light autos !!!! Have great and blessed holidays

  Local credit union that does it's community good and has for years. Banking with DCU is great too, many perks for homeowners and even those moving out of state with shared banking.
