  I've now had three auto loans with Mid Oregon Credit Union. All three experiences have been favorable. This time in particular, Teri Drew was very quick to return my call, responsive to my needs & time constraints. She took my loan application on the spot & had an approval back within the hour. Excellent customer service & I would highly recommend Teri & Mid Oregon Credit Union for your financing needs.

  Unfortunately I've been around for quite a while. Most of the dirt in Central Oregon came after I was born so I've had to use many banks throughout those years. When I settled in to Central Oregon I decided to open an account at Mid Oregon in Madras and I've been more than satisfied with every interaction. When I walk up to a teller, they're friendly and cordial. I am an old Coot so being nice to me is a real treat. I've had to ask for help on several occasions and it seems that Karen Schafer is my go to person. She is always pleasant and helpful and even laughs at most of my lame jokes. If you're looking for a good solid banking experience where you're treated like you'd like to be treated, stop in to the Madras branch and I don't think you'll be disappointed.

  Mid Oregon is A+++++ when it comes loans for me. I recently had a challenging credit situation for which I needed financial help and at first they denied my request for debt consolidation but my loan rep Teri was persistent in telling her underwriter which denied me because my DTI was to high that is why I needed the loan to rid of that debt. Because of her persistence I’m in a much better place financially and I do all my financial business with Mid oregon.

  Teri helped me get a home equity loan. She was incredibly helpful, friendly and was able to help us get the loan we wanted. I’ll go back again when I want another loan.
