  I worked with Cherie and her team twice, once for my original purchase and again to refinance my loan. Both times they were AMAZING to work with. Being a first time buyer is nerve wracking but Cherie was awesome at helping me through everything, taking time to explain, and making sure I was getting the best fit and deal for what I needed. Eric and Leilani were also a huge help and quick to respond any time I had a question or was unsure about anything. 10/10 would recommend working with them!

  I am having my home financed through Guild Mortgage, with Cheri Smith leading a bright and efficient group of Escrow officers. I have been incredibly impressed every step of the way during this process, first with Cherie, who was most helpful, and then with Leilani, Eric, and the others who have helped me. Their level of professionalism has been the highest possible, especially when I’ve experienced panic attacks trying to find financial documents, etc. They are getting me into a new home here in Bend, Oregon, which is no easy task for a retired teacher, and I’m so grateful for all of their hard work! Each of them have set me up for success in what they require from me. Cherie and everyone have all been extremely positive and timely in getting each step of this process completed.   Cherie's team is amazing. I have closed 2 mortgages with their office, one a VA loan. I've been able to check in regarding strategic plans, and been told "this isn't the right time for that" and later, "Okay, let's crunch the numbers and move forward." I am confidant they are more interested in client satisfaction and office reputation than a quick commission. Each time they have made the process transparent and effortless.
