  On several occasions I have gone in to look at guns and stood there waiting for someone to ask me if I needed help, when there are 3 people on staff and only 1 is even helping a customer I shouldn't have to ask or wait to be asked if I need help!

  I felt I needed to leave a review for the Cash Connection pawn shops. I had a great experience with Cash Connection in Redmond today and I’ve had great experiences at the Redmond and Bend stores in the past. The team at the Redmond store, Cody, Dan and Erin went out of their way to answer my questions and help me make another purchase I could feel good about! Thank you!

  The female employee at the counter that looked through my items I was wanting to sell was very nice and helpful (the manager seemed a bit flustered when the employee inquired if I could get .50 cents more on a DVD set that was in especially good condition and in a steelcase when I asked her if that would be possible, but maybe she was just a bit flustered that day. I'll give her the benefit of the doubt.) I felt overall I got a fair price for selling to a pawn shop. I left with a PS2 game that was complete and in good condition for $2.50 and am happy with that. The store seems well taken care of and well laid out with plenty of parking

  Ive been to the pawn shops a lot of times. They have always been good to us. If ur innthe redmond area stop in and check em out. They got a great christmas layaway deal going on now.christmas is coming up this is a great deal to pass up..they get five stars for working with me with positive attitudes

  The Staff at Cash connection was very friendly and knowledgeable on the the products they were selling. Store was clean and organized making it comfortable to look around. They gave me great prices for the items that I was selling also. The transaction was quick and easy. Will do business with them again!

  Clean and very organized. Best price on DVDs. Very hospitable employees. I needed a new TV for my camper van and went in on Thursday to see what was available. After getting a fairly decent (out of my price range) on one I liked I left to shop around. Called them to see if I could get it even cheaper and they obliged. The tall gentleman with glasses and girl with glasses were awesome. (Sorry, I forgot your names.. Dave and Carey?? Lol. Thank you. I have always hated pawn shops but I am thoroughly pleased with Cash connection. Thank you Redmond and Bend location.

  This is a great place to do business when Your looking to sell some thing, borrow money against it or even just to buy stuff from. The team at cash connection always has amazing customer service and make it an easy pleasant transaction! Would definitely recommend again and again!
