  Mike was so efficient and helpful! I reached out to him the morning of January 21 and by the end of the day we had a quote that I was more than happy with. Not only did he help me with a great rate on a refinance, he motivated me to shop for a better rate on our homeowner's insurance, which ended up saving me $1000 a year, which inadvertently resulted in me changing my auto insurance, too, saving me another $400 a year. The insurance savings alone paid for the refinance closing costs! Mike was ready for us to close by January 28 (1 week!!!). Amazing speed! He was lightning fast to answer questions, respond with help and sent over multiple videos of him explaining forms and numbers with shared screen capabilities so we could see him talk while also showing us the forms online. Well done, Mike! If we ever need to refinance or get a new mortgage again, we will definitely give you a call. I would highly recommend Michael Petrovich and Petrovich Team Home Loan!

  Michael made everything very smooth. His personalized videos he sent at each point of the process provided easy to follow, detailed explanations that answers all of our questions. If we every buy again (hope not as moving is so stressful) will will definitely be using him.
