  I have known Rachel Pierce for more than 2 years and what I love most about working with her is how down to earth she is and her willingness to do what it takes to help.   We recently had the privilege of being able to use Benchmark Mortgage. This was our third house to purchase and it was the easiest process out of all them. We worked with Allyson Leisey's Team and they were so friendly and easy to work with. If we ever have the need to purchase another home we will definitely be using the again.   I am forever thankful to have fallen in the hands of Allyson and her amazing group. Prior to Allyson I was working with another mortgage broker that took seven weeks to get back to us. Allyson was extremely professional and sincere and told us immediately once she reviewed our application and all the documents we submitted exactly what it was that we needed to get the file to close . She then introduced us to her team which was also amazing. Every single email that we sent was replied to immediately, every call was always answered momentarily.   As a first time new home buyer, Allyson was a godsend! She was not only extremely professional, but her and her team were welcoming, helpful, and always right there with an answer for me!
