  Sent a payoff amount for a loan to this address and when we call to see if the check is being processed, they have no way to get a hold of the location the payment is mailed to. So the customer service number to call for loan information cannot contact this particular location and apparently this bank does not have the ability to make notes on the account to mark the account as having received payoff. A manager, Mike, told us he could see the check on Tuesday, then we call back on Friday, he said he never said that and can't see the check until it posts. So this bank doesn't make notes that payoff amounts were received and being processed? And departments can't communicate with each other to find out where the payoff checks are? Oh, and when they don't like that you want answers, they simply hang up the phone. Horrible customer service and horrible organization. And the corporate number doesn't answer their phone to speak to anyone higher...Apparently the manager Mike is the highest, so when you get no answers with him, you're just stuck waiting and hoping the check gets applied properly. They have until Tuesday to apply the check to the account, or we'll have to do the leg work and find out of the check written was cleared and then contact Bank of the West again and tell them it was cleared and it needs to be applied to our account. This is the most unorganized bank I have ever had to deal with and will never use them for anything in the future. Beware if you chose to do business with this bank.

  This particular branch seems to routinely have better customer service than any other branch. They dont treat you like a number here and they genuinely value your business. I work with Zach Lynch regularly here and have never had a problem. You can tell the way he conducts business and how he treats me that he genuinely cares about the people he helps and this is what keeps me and my company at bank of the west. If he would say yes, I'd hire the guy immediately. Hes a great example of what owners of companies want to see in their employees. Thanks for all your hard work Zach.

  I've been waiting since March for a refund owed me since my rv was totaled out by insurance. I've called every week since then and I still have no money. They don't even deserve one star but knew I couldn't comment is no stars. I'f you need a bank, my recommendation would definitely NOT BE THIS ONE Finds a reputable bank. STILL WAITING ON MY MONEY TO BE RETURNED.

  I had my bank send a Check on March 1, 2021 to be delivered by March 5, 2021 to payoff my auto loan. My bank is still showing it in pending because it has not been cashed. To this day (March 16, 2021) NO ONE can find the check and nothing has been posted to my account. I was on hold for 1 hour and 35 minutes before anyone could talk to me. I was told that I was paid ahead until May 1st and that I should not cancel this check because of it being deposited and crossing with me going through their pay system, so just give it another 15 days. Are you kidding me???? Not a very happy person with their Customer Service. Evidently everything is good as long as you pay on time, but don't try and pay it off. I am extremely disappointed with their Customer Service.

  Due to a systematic error, a payment for my Bank of the West was not properly applied. Bank manager Kyle Soares and his team was thoroughly professional and diligent in dealing with my concerns and issues...will not leave Bank of the West..and I recommend Bank of the West California Street location to anyone in need of banking services...

  I live in California why do I have banking for this branch what is the locality n plus code info ,7v8H+HR Omaha,Chicago ,NE. I'll call this branch cause I see it's bancwest investments services,inc Department so that's who ill be connecting with at this featured number I have ,they stopped phoning us ,,I'm need to talk to a. Investor I guess I have some?,s.

  I have been a customer for over 20 years and they are by far the worst bank I have ever dealt with. I will spare you the details as it is not worth your time, just like this bank!

  Hate banks that aren't open on Saturday's!
