We honestly didn’t feel we were in a position to buy a house but he showed us how we could.   I cannot stress how important Micheal Licata was throughout the entire process when purchasing my current home. Aside from being extremely knowledgeable, Michael was an A+ communicator and always answered my questions in a timely fashion. When working with Michael I felt like I was his top priority. He cared about our relationship, and worked diligently to make sure I understood my finance options, etc. His overall education and experience in the field was demonstrated every time we interacted, and I was lucky to have someone I felt I could trust. Would strongly recommend to anyone.

  This was my first time buying a home and I could not have had a better experience! It was time to renew my lease at my apartment but they were increasing the rent again so I decided I could buy a home and pay less every month. I called my realtor Laura MacDonald and she set me up with Michael Licata at Fairway Mortgage. I told him my main concern was my monthly payment and he got back to me the same day and was in constant communication with me throughout the entire process. He was able to lock in a great rate for me and got my monthly mortgage payment almost $200 cheaper than my current rent. If you are in need of a home loan, please do yourself a favor and call Michael. He was fast and made the process stress-free!!

  We could not be any happier with how amazing our experience was! This was our first time buying a home and we never thought it would be this easy!
