  My grandmother referred me to Jack Langley's office to help us with a VA Home loan after we tried working with someone else and was getting no where with them. From the second we met with Jack we knew we were in good hands, he took the time to talk to us like humans and not just customers and treated us with nothing, but respect. We will definitely refer all our family and friends to his office because I know they'll get the same treatment we did. Thank you Gershman Team for helping us buy our forever home!

  As a first time home buyer, the process could not have been made easier by anyone other than Ben King and his team. I could not believe how easy they made the process. My wife and I found the house thanks to Troy Smith at Smith Reality, Ben got us the best loan for our needs and we signed the paperwork and moved in 45 days after.   The team at Gershman deserves a standing ovation. They are mortgage veterans. My mortgage adventure contained several unintentional landmines that the Gershman team maneuvered through with finesse! These were issues that none of us could foresee, as I am new to homebuying. We went with a First Place Non-CAL FHA loan which requires extra work but offers a wonderful interest rate. Have NO fear with Gershman, they will work until you are satisfied. Shout out to Jerry Peterie for his stellar service. He's on call when you need him. He's patient when you have questions. Best of all, he's able to relax the toughest of mortgage situations when your plans change. Ashly and Melissa were great to work with as well. They will take the time to go over any paperwork or requests they have to keep things clear for you. Last but not least, Mandy via phone was so accommodating when I required a thorough rundown of my Closing Disclosure. Thank you. You'll receive the utmost respect and care when working with Gershman.

  Where do I start?! My sister had recommended Clifford at Gershman a while after I had started looking for my first home. Originally I had went with a local gal in Lebanon, MO and since this was my first time buying a home I wasn't aware of the steps to take in securing a loan. Clifford was given my number and he had called to answer a few questions, and I am SO glad he did ((little did I know you can shop around for a mortgage))!! Clifford was amazing, my husband and I secured a VA loan with the help of Clifford (he practically held my hand the entire process). The home we found was for sale by owner so I didn't have the safety net I would have liked in a realtor. However, Clifford DEFINITELY picked up where the realtor would have left off!! He helped us with understanding our contract, the process and sometimes answering the same question 5 or 6... or 10 times (I like to double, triple check things). He even drove the hour it can take to get to Lebanon!! We closed a few days ago!! Thanks so much Clifford and shout out to Eli there also for helping us as well!!

  Gotta say, this home purchase was hassle free-thanks to Gershman Mortgage in Springfield, MO. We didn’t even stop by the office and yet, their team walked us through every step...by the hand!   Ben King took care of my initial home purchase then he ran my refinance paperwork. Ben goes above and beyond to take care of his clients. I only wish I had an excuse to buy a house more often. Its rare to experience such awesome service in this day and age.

  In the very beginning we had to text and contact them at least once a week to get the ball rolling. Once the ball started rolling they were very helpful and it was a great experience.

  I worked with this company, had my credit ran and was not getting any communication back.. I was told I had to wait three more months due to my bankruptcy but could make it happen! Gave me a dollar amount I could/would be approved for. The lender knew I had a foreclosure on my bankruptcy yet he gave me false hope and never told me I had to wait three years! I had to contact another lender who also ran my credit as well and was very upfront with me and gave me more information than this company did. Worst experience I have ever had
