  I know there are a lot of lenders out there to choose from. As a first time home buyer I know this all to well but let me save you time and stress. Chris Krans has been a blessing during this home buying process. I contacted him after I had already made an offer on a house. My original lender had me preapproved but then she moved companies without notifying me and was not able to get me qualified for the type of loan I wanted after her move. I had basically given up hope on getting the house I wanted but then I was directed to Chris. He worked into the night to get me qualified for the loan I wanted and get my approval letter to the seller. Chris was quick to get things done so there were no last minute scrambles to provide documentation. During COVID many people have had issues closing on time but not me. Don't waste your time starting elsewhere like I did.
