  Mike was awesome to work with. If it weren't for him explaining the market to me and the direction it was heading, I would've waited to buy my new home and paid way more than I did. He walked me through the entire process that I didn't understand and helped me find the right home. He is quick to respond to questions and extremely patient. He has a very positive attitude and always finds a way to keep you motivated even when it seems like an impossible thing to do in this discouraging market. Thank you, Mike, for everything!

  We came onboard with Future Home Loans after submitting multiple offers in the area while working with a large national bank for our financing. We connected with Future on a Friday at 4.50pm and were able to get our pre-approval within minutes of our conversation. From there the process moved along quicker than we ever expected. Given Future's reputation in the area as a dependable lender and Mike's committed effort our very next offer was accepted and moved to close in under 30 days. Mike was able to handle any and all of the last minute hurdles we encountered and ensured us that we would meet our closing date on time.   I was very wary of refinancing because my original, and 1st ever, home buying experience was long and trying. My refi with Mike Keller was absolutely the opposite! Mike made everything simple, straight-forward, and easy. He responded to emails and texts in a timely fashion.   Mike was so great to work with! He was friendly and transparency throughout the entire process of closing on our house, which was a very complicated arrangement. He guided us through everything and answered all our questions. We really appreciated Mike and his quick responses and updates. My husband and I are super happy we were able to close on our house in the timeframe we did, and couldn’t have done to without Mike!

  Mike came highly recommended and very early in my interaction with Mike, I understood why. We were first time home buyers and we obviously brought endless questions to Mike about the loan funding and general home buying process, related roadblocks, general issues, etc. Mike made it a point to handhold us throughout the home buying process and resolved queries real time, promptly and effectively, even at odd hours. Mike ensured that we were at ease at all times and had full knowledge of where in the process we were and what each development meant for us as buyers, which was very helpful for us. Mike went the extra mile to get us the preferred rate of interest and stayed on top of our process including working the credit score to avoid additional charges on the loan.   Mike is the best loan originator ever! I closed on my house today. He makes the process so simple. He walks you through the process and answers every single questions you can think of. I literally would text him/call him at night and he picks up the phone or responds to my text immediately. He gives you honest and factual answers. He is definitely your go to for mortgages.

  Mike was recommended by a friend to assist us with refinancing our home. He was amazing to work with and always prompt with responses and answers to questions via phone, text, or email. He made it easier to expedite the process with a busy work schedule and help us get everything taken care of in a tight schedule. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional, but also understands the stressors involved in the process and is ready with a meme or joke when needed.
