  This is the eighth home that my wife and I have purchased. Alex Stewart made the process unbelievably easy and efficient. From start to finish was like 24 hours. The application process was easy and straight forward and the directions to download documents was first rate. What i especially appreciated was the table with all of my options. It was very comprehensive and it’s the first time anyone provided such a tool in my other seven home purchases. I had a few questions so I called Alex and he was not only available immediately he gave me great advice on all my options. I highly recommend him and his company You will be happy with the service

  I had a FANTASTIC experience for my first home purchase with Team Stewart. I had several different loan options available and Alex worked with me to find the option that best fit my current and long term goals in buying a house. Each time we reworked the numbers I would receive a video with the loan summary in my customer portal explaining exactly what each section meant and how it affected the loan as a whole. The team was always available to answer the many questions I had and I felt truly catered on with their frequent updates on the process.   I used Team Stewart for my residential loan and couldn't be happier with the overall service and response from the entire team! Even through these odd times in 2020, Team Stewart was fast and effective at getting things done. My plans actually changed a few times, and each time they were quickly able to make adjustments. There online portal was easy to use whenever they needed documents and signatures and they provided feedback very quickly. This is a mortgage loan team that you can really trust to help you close the transaction . I will be using them again soon for my next property purchase and can't wait for another great experience. My agent and title company both also said Team Stewart was awesome!

  Absolutely terrific experience! 1st home purchase. We were super nervous at the beginning! Alex and his team made the process very simple for us to understand so by the time we closed on the house, we got to do the whole jumping for joy thing without any regret or concern. They always kept in touch with us about the status of the loan and what our next step was. We weren't in the area and of course that made things difficult at times, and we had a lot of questions. They were very patient with us and were always quick to get us an answer or make a suggestion based on our question. I highly recommend them. They've definitely got any future business of mine.
