  Amazing experience!!! I was able to close in just 2 weeks from start to finish. Jenn Leslie was extremely professional, timely, responsive and helpful!!! I went from a 3.75% interest rate to 2.75% and almost saving $400 a month. I did all this while being 9 months pregnant which could have been very stressful....but Jenn made it seemless, stress free and very easy! If your looking to refinance... look no further!! THANK YOU!!! :)

  I would give 100 stars if I could.... My home buying experience this time around, was a very long, difficult and tedious process. There were so many up's and down's, that I actually wanted to give up, several times. My realtor introduced me to Phillip at Future Home Loans, as a last resort, to close on my "forever home" and this intro was a game changer for me! He took time to listen to my situation, was flexible in his thinking, and showed real ingenuity to get me financed and closed ON TIME! He kept me informed on the process from start to finish. He had resources that provided more viable options for financing. He is KNOWLEDGEABLE!!! I highly recommend that anyone looking to buy a home, make Phillip, at Future Home Loans, your FIRST stop!

  Refinancing with Future Home Loans was a great experience. Marshaun and his team guided me through the entire process and they were available to answer questions on the spot. Most of all the interest rate I received was better than expected. I would definitely recommend Future Homes Loans to anyone looking for any type financing for a home.

  CARA POTTER: The Best Loan Officer in the State of FL Cara helped me in 2018 to purchase my first home and then again to refinance in 2020. She goes above and beyond the standard means of service. She's always available via email, phone or text and always responds to my nonsense questions. Cara is kind, understanding, patient and damn good at her job. Since I am very analytical and like to see all my options, she sent me several financing options, pointed out the key details that I needed to pay attention to and answered questions I didn't even know I had. I will definitely be using Cara in the future and recommend her to everyone!

  Best experience I've ever had buying a home with Phillip Barry & Jason Braswell at Future Home Loans. It was an amazing experience. I know this because I've been thru the process before & it was extremely stressful & frustrating. Because Phillip Barry has been in the business for a long time, he knew exactly what to do & how to do it. Phillip & Jason made the process go smooth, stress free and minus the frustration. Very knowledgeable. They always responded promptly & answered all my questions & concerns. They are highly recommended! One of the best in the business!

  I worked with Melissa to refinance my home and pull out some equity. She was great from start to finish and did a tremendous job throughout. We were able to complete the process in a very quick manner and everything was closed smoothly and without incident. I was impressed with her ability to explain otherwise complicated financial vehicles in an easy to understand way which helped lead me to the best situation possible. I highly recommend her services.

  Ask for TIM FINN... We recently relocated to the Jacksonville area and Tim and the team at Future Home Loans were a huge help to making everything happen. I am not sure the deal would have gone through if Tim wasn't as responsive or responsible. He even got one of the owners involved to help get the deal done. These people care, and take responsibility for the things they commit to... 5 stars doesn't feel like enough. Super grateful for you Tim, Nick and Britney and all your help!!!
