  Michael made the buying a house process so easy. We have used him for a refinance and to purchase a rental and both times the process was quick and easy. He is very organized and knowledgeable. He is always quick to respond to every email, call or text I don’t think I ever had to wait more than an hour for a response (even when he was on vacation). I will most definitely be using Michael Girard for any future loans and would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking to purchase if you’re looking for a stress free, time efficient purchase. Everything is done remotely and at the very end when it comes time to sign documents he had a notary just come to our house, doesn’t get any easier than that!

  Highly recommend Mike! Mike helped make our refinance process so easy and quick. Mike is very knowledgeable, has great communication and easy to work with.   We wanted to say a few words about Michael Girard as our Mortgage Broker. Michael is the most professional and client concerned broker we have ever worked with. He has his client’s needs foremost in his mind. We were set to sign with one company but on that day the rates went down. Mike called us and said I have found you a better deal with lower rates so don’t sign. He not only found us a better deal. We would have never known that and he would have gotten his commission sooner, instead he helped us. He also is the most through agent we have found. He did our numbers and got back to us in 3 days; provided a list of what we needed to provide; got the approval and we closed within 1 month. He also sent a Notary to our house for our convenience instead of us having to go to an office.   Mike is The Best. I met 100 hurdles at the last minute. He communicated effectively with the other lender and took care of every small to big need. I was working nights on Clovid floor and he worked with my crazy night time work schedule. He explained everything an sometimes multiple times. He has so much patience, listens, works tiredlessly (even on weekends), amazing work ethics. Did I mention he had greatest communication skills : )
