Stephen Smith1So the people in this location are great -- but don't bother trying to call in for anything or even go online to use their messenger service. Every time I call in after going through all the menu options I'm on hold anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour just to begin the actual conversation. The online messenger service connects me to someone quickly but they must be talking to multiple people at once because every message takes them forever to respond to (to the point I would have been better off waiting for the hold time on the phone)

Scott Ruskauff5I switched my business to SAFE and I couldn't be happier. I do a lot of transactions and even though it's a lot more work than a regular account, the staff their is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. They bring a positive felling when you go in there. They are open till 6pm which makes such a big difference. And they are open Saturdays too. Love you guys at the Lincoln branch.

Tina Luke1If you like chaos and under trained staff, then this is the place for you. Making excuses that the "New System" is why you can't properly open an account even with 3 employees assisting. What a disaster! This location is a disgrace!

Kayla McKnight2The branch is amazing and the people are great. I have issues everytime I try to sign in. My account gets locked, my card was flagged and there was not resolution so I had to go in to get help. Did not have a debit card that worked for over 9 days. The app works regularly which is an improvement from my old bank but I hate having my transactions declined and having to answer a damn call to say it was me. Do text responses like Chase. Not sure that I’ll stay much longer at this point.

stacksboy1I'm a relatively long time member of SAFE CU, having a car and solar loan as well as the required account(s) to support those loans. Last year we'd obtained a HELOC with them; I made sure that there were no penalties for paying the loan off early. Earlier this year, we sold our house and thru that transaction, the HELOC was closed. SAFE CU charged us over $800 for closing the account "early". I called to ask them to reverse the charge and was denied. So a customer with good history, going through the normal transaction of selling his house, in the midst of COVID was wrangled out of $800 because of their rigidity. I won't be giving SAFE any of our business going forward.
