      Went inside right when they opened up to ask a few questions and possibly open an account,, person behind the counter was dismissive to my questions and seemed half asleep,, the person didn't even try to help just answered my questions with straight no's until I just walked away because I could see I was getting nowhere at the counter..

      Horrible service. Long lines. Unbearable wait times when calling...up to 35 mins, then I hung up. Poor management. Every employee is unhappy and in need of an attitude adjustment.

      Long time customer and I can not get in the door.Line when you open ,middle of the day,is starting in the parking lot.It would take more than 10 minutes to get close enough to the door to touch it.
