  Mike helped me with my mortgage loan. There was a rush getting my loan approved otherwise I would lose my deposit; Mike and his team were able to get everything done in two weeks. The customer service was awesome. Cassie, Mikes' Assistant is super knowledgeable and very professional. They are always available to talk to you and they guide you through every step of the process by answering any questions you have.   My parents did a refinance with Mike for the first time and were very impressed with the service! Mike treated them like they were his top priority and my parents were able to sign much sooner than they expected to. They were also happy that Mike was able to get them a lower rate than their previous loan officer. So no complaints there, and incredible service! Highly recommend.

  Michael Colo has got to be one of the most knowledgeable and professional mortgage broker I've met so far. There is no question I've thrown at him that he didn't have an answer for. Not only does he close loans in as little as two weeks but his personality brightens up my client's day. As a real estate agent you have to have a great relationship with your mortgage broker and I am so glad to have him. I highly recommend Michael Colo.
