  We met with Drew and Creighton to learn about o2mortgage a little while ago. The entire process was seamless. They explained all of our options with clarity and then helped us through the pre-approval and final loan approval process. They have an efficient and helpful team in their office.   What a great experience! my loan officer Drew assisted with me with my original loan for my first home and then also my refi. He did an amazing job! Drew is extremely thorough organized and has excellent customer service skills. Even though I know he is very busy he was still flexible and valued my time.   I worked with Dave, who went above and beyond in getting the right mortgage for me. In addition to spending the time to explain all the knobs on mortgage options and what they would mean for me specifically, he and his team handled the complicated situation of my HOA being in unrelated litigation amazingly well.   One more refinancing successfully completed with o2. Drew is great sales manager! I always get honest opinions from Drew. I had reached out to him sometime back for refinancing but market and rates were not great and beneficial in my case. Drew asked me to not do it even though it would have been beneficial for him as sales manger :) He reached out to me when the opportunity was great. Drew and Jessica as team worked so fast to close the refinancing in record time of 2 weeks and I got the best rate with no closing cost. No wonder I referred my lot of contacts who were looking for loan/refinancing to him and will keep doing it! Thanks you and keep it up guys! Cheers!

  Drew is the most knowledgeable person I saw in bay area when it comes to complicated loan details. I talked with several persons and he was the only one accepted and got the job done as he promised. He was very responsive, and supportive during the whole process...
