  I came to Michael for a loan to purchase my first home and he and his team made it the smoothest process imaginable. I was pre-approved and under contract within 3 weeks of my application! Michael is so knowledgeable about the mortgage process and the local market, he answered all of my questions day or night and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. I call him if I ever need another mortgage!

  I can’t find the proper words to describe how wonderful Michael Basch and his team have been throughout my mortgage process. He was open and forthcoming the whole time. He is a great communicator and answer to any communication on a timely fashion. He made the closing process simple, fast, and much less stressful than I ever could have imagined. He was able to help me close on my home 10 days sooner than planned. Thank you so much Michael for working tirelessly with me to get me my first and before Christmas 🎄too.   I have just purchased a home through Mike and First Home. For me, it was my actual first home and all the fear and anxiety that comes with it - was reduced with Mike helping me walk through the steps. He was always prompt with my calls and texts. He either answered right away or very soon afterwards. My realtor even stated to me. “I don’t know where you found him! He is a rare gem! Normally, it is like pulling teeth to get updates from lenders.” He kept everyone informed of where the process was at every turn. I can say personally he was an absolute pleasure to work with. I can recommend to anyone in the market to purchase a home that with the highest regard you cannot go wrong with Michael.

  If you're reading this and you don't know where to start with buying a home Mikey is the right person to talk to. We just bought our first home and we would still be trying to wrap our heads around all of the steps in the process without Mikey's help. He's a great communicator and answered all of our questions in clear simple language (and also helped translate realty/finance lingo we got from others). He treated us like we were his top priority - he was always prompt and ready to take a random phone call/text or a quick turnaround on an offer letter. Anyone would be lucky to have Mikey to support them through their home buying process.

  Michael was absolutely the best to work with! From the beginning to the end he was on it. He kept everyone in the process updated on every step of the transaction and we always felt as though we were in good hands. My client and I really enjoyed working with him as he was always available for any questions or concerns we had prior to being under contract. Even on the weekends! Mike is someone I plan to continue working with and referring clients too. I think you should do the same!

  Michael was a fantastic loan officer. He was very helpful, responsive, and trustworthy. He knew the business in and out and even helped connect me with a realtor whom found my wife and I our first home! He was very communicative throughout the whole home buying process and I just couldn't recommend anyone else if they are looking for a loan.

  Michael is by far the best loan officer that we've ever dealt with. He went above and beyond and always made himself available for any questions/concerns even during the off hours to make sure that we have smooth and pleasant transactions..   I cannot say enough good things about Mike! Purchasing your first home can be intimidating, but not with Mike! From the very first interaction he made me comfortable and eased any anxiety I had. Mike is responsive, knowledgeable and compassionate. He meets commitments and does not allow any correspondence to go unanswered. I truly appreciate his response time, even on a Sunday during football season! He will make sure that you not only understand but comprehend every detail of your transaction. Mike kept me updated every step of the way, if something changed it was never a surprise to find out later. He made me aware of all options available to me and explained what they meant in loan terms. He worked fast and made sure we met the initial settlement date.
