Most important of all, Marty and his team were efficient with the documentation requirements, with fabulous turn time on all next steps leading to a speedy approval.   Ask for Kent Ege. He will take care of you from start to finish. Consummate professional, and just a nice guy who seemed personally invested in our home-buying adventure. It felt like we were his only clients--that's how attentive he was. No hiding the ball, no games. Went out of his way to explain things (we asked a LOT of questions). We closed in three weeks thanks to Kent's 24/7 hard work. If we ever have to work with a lender again, we're going back to Kent!

  Mike and the team at Embrace were really great to work with. They responded to emails and phone calls promptly. They requested documents and information clearly so while it took work to gather all the information you knew exzactly what they needed. They responded and adjusted quickly to last minute changes in the settlement. Their online portal works very well for transmitting documents. This was not our first home lone but it was by far, the best experience.

  I am the seller and a licensed real estate agent. If I could write this review with 0 stars I would. This company has made so many errors, settlement was delayed for two weeks. I couldn't move on with my life, being free of the property, and the poor buyer kept being forced to delay moving. In the end, they aren't explaining to the buyer that it really should never have been this hard. Most frustrating real estate experience in 16+ years.
